Shipping Policy
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders will be processed within 4–8 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping will be carried out through trusted and reputed courier partners across India. A flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable on all orders.
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill (AWB) / Docket Number will be shared with you via email or SMS for tracking purposes.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer international shipping on request. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will vary based on the destination country and order value.

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS)
As per the policies of domestic and international carriers, an additional surcharge may be applicable if the delivery address falls under a Remote Area.
- This surcharge will not be included at the time of placing the order
- It will be communicated to you before shipping
- The surcharge must be paid via the website or provided payment method
If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days of notification, the order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding transaction charges, if any)
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received
- Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control
- Please ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays or re-delivery charges
