At Dhanika Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every saree is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, packaging, and bills must be intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products that have been customized, altered (fall & pico done), or specially ordered may not be eligible for return unless damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount offers (unless damaged).

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and clear images of the product.

  2. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  3. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

  • If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
